Eligibility for Returns 

We want you to be happy with what you receive. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return as long as the following conditions are met: 

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition 
  • All tags, labels, boxes, and packaging must remain intact 
  • Items that are worn, altered, washed, or show visible signs of use are not eligible 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised after this timeframe or items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted. We recommend checking your items soon after delivery so any concerns can be addressed promptly. 

How to Initiate a Return

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos that show the issue. This helps us review your request faster and guide you without unnecessary back and forth. 

Once your request is verified, we will share the next steps to complete the return. Requests that do not align with this policy may be declined. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

After the returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. 

Items that do not satisfy the return conditions may not qualify for a refund. Each return is reviewed carefully to maintain fairness and consistency. 

Partial Refund Guidelines
