Shipping Locations 

We currently ship orders to serviceable locations across India. Our delivery network is designed to reach as many pin codes as possible, so your order can arrive safely and reliably. 

At this time, shipping is limited to domestic locations within India. International delivery is not available yet, but we continue to review options for expanding our reach in the future. 

Processing Time 

After your order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Each item is checked and packed carefully to help ensure it reaches you in good condition. 

Order processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe. Once your order is ready to leave our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the local courier service handling the shipment. 

We work with dependable delivery partners to support timely and secure delivery. If there are unexpected delays, we make reasonable efforts to keep you informed along the way. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

Sometimes a delivery may not be completed on the first attempt. This can happen due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, no one being available to receive the package, or a delivery being declined. 

If a delivery attempt fails, the package is returned to our warehouse. You can contact us to arrange a second delivery attempt. To avoid delays, we recommend double checking your shipping details and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

All orders are packed with care, but issues during transit can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Sharing clear photos of the issue will help us assess the situation and move toward a resolution. 

In the rare case that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will coordinate with our delivery partners and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
